This is my personal blog. It is focused on “helping you grow as a leader.” My mission is to help leaders take the next step in personal and professional development. As a result, I write on personal development, leadership, productivity, education, and family. On occasion, I write about stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into one of these categories.

I also have a podcast called, “The Principal’s Podcast.” I cover similar topics.

My goal is to create insightful, relevant content that you can put to work in your personal and professional life. If you are in a position of leadership—or aspire to be—then this blog is for you.

I typically post three times a week. To make sure you don’t miss my newest posts, you can subscribe via RSS or e-mail.

  1. Hi Chris –

Just wanted to reach out to you and thank you for your insightful discussions. I am a life long educator and building principal. I recently moved from Southern New Hampshire to Maine due to some life and family changes. I am actively searching for a school to become part of. I value relationships and community. Your recent podcast about the 9 tips for balance….all truly resonated with me deeply. Thank you. I look forward to hearing more from you in the future.
I am in the process of creating my own principal website… can you offer any advice as to a website for this??
